If your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours feel overwhelming, repetitive, or are interfering with your functioning (relationships, work, sleep), then it’s time. You don’t need to be in crisis.

I accept most medical aids and will bill using the specific medical aid tariff. If your diagnosis qualifies under Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs), I’ll claim under PMB so the consultations don’t come out of your medical savings.
If you’re paying privately, the fee is R850 per session and you can pay by EFT or you can swipe your card.

Yes, I offer online sessions, but only for individual counselling.

A session is on average 60 minutes.

Everyone and their problems are different. Many people start feeling better after about 3 sessions, and a typical course is around 7–10 sessions. If you come back later for the same or new issues, it just means life has brought new challenges.

Yes, confidentiality is strictly followed in line with South African law and HPCSA guidelines. Some information must be shared with your medical aid when I apply for PMB and your GP if needed.
