5. Booking Enquiries and Communication‍ ‍

Confidentiality in therapy is subject to legal and ethical exceptions, including but not limited to:‍ ‍

  • risk of harm to self or others;

  • suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable person;

  • a lawful court order or subpoena.

8. Fees and Medical Aid

Information about fees, medical aid claims, and payment arrangements is provided during the initial enquiry or first consultation. The Practitioner reserves the right to amend fees in accordance with annual HPCSA and Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) guidelines. The User is responsible for confirming their medical aid coverage and benefit availability directly with their scheme.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and the website design — is the property of Lizelda Goslin or used under licence, and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
